How do I choose between the 300CM and 400CM size?

Measure the total perimeter of your window frame. Choose 300CM for up to 118", and 400CM for up to 157". Pick the closest larger size.
Can it work with single hose and dual hose portable AC units?

Yes. The adjustable zipper opening works with both single and dual hose portable air conditioners, as well as many dehumidifiers and tumble dryers.
Do I need tools or drilling to install it?

No tools or drilling required. Clean the frame, apply the hook tape, attach the seal, place the hose through the zipper, and close it around the hose.
Does it help keep hot air from coming back inside?
