Welcome to VentilationKit. We are committed to delivering your high-performance ventilation systems safely
and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is distinct from shipping time. During peak holiday seasons or promotional
events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with major global carriers (including FedEx, UPS, and DHL) to ensure secure handling of
oversized and heavy ventilation packages. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days depending on your geographical
location.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (available for select regions at
checkout).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier transit bottlenecks, or severe
weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been
dispatched. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can monitor your
shipment directly through the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
VentilationKit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or
after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees).
5. Damages & Shipping Discrepancies
VentilationKit takes extreme care in packaging heavy inline duct fans and sensitive carbon filters to prevent
transit damage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please document it immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Report any damage, leakage, or missing components to our support team at
service@ventilationkit.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video of the
outer box and internal items.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and
complete. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete

address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping fees required to re-
send the package.
